This is a draft prepared for launch purposes. It is not legal advice — have it reviewed by a lawyer before real users start signing up, especially for anything touching Serbian data protection law (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti).

1. Who we are

bblogg is operated by Maria Artamonova PR, Novi Sad, Serbia (“bblogg”, “we”, “us”). Contact: maria.artmn@gmail.com

2. What we collect

Account info: email, name/company name, city, role (brand or creator)
Brand profiles: business category, website or Instagram link
Creator profiles: niches, bio, social media handle(s), follower count (self-reported)
Offer content: what a brand posts (description, photos)
Application content: the pitch text a creator submits when applying

We don’t collect payment information — bblogg doesn’t process any payments during the barter-only stage.

3. Why we collect it

To create and run your account
To match brands and creators (showing offers, applications, and accepted contact details to the relevant parties)
To verify a creator’s social media account (via the bio-code method)
To send you service emails (see section 5)
To moderate the platform (reviewing offers before publishing, verifying accounts, handling bans)

4. Where it's stored

Your data is stored with Supabase (hosted on servers in the EU — Ireland) and processed through Vercel for hosting the site. Transactional emails are sent through Resend.

5. Emails we send you

Service emails (required, not optional): confirming your account, notifying you of a new application on your offer, notifying you that your application was accepted.
Marketing/updates emails (optional): only if you separately opted in at signup. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Who sees your data

Your public profile info (name, niche/category, verification badge) is visible to the other side of the platform when browsing offers/applications.
Your contact handle is only revealed to the other party after a brand accepts a creator’s application — not before.
We don’t sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing maria.artmn@gmail.com. We’ll respond as soon as we can.

8. Cookies

bblogg uses only the minimum technical cookies needed to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
