1. Who we are

bblogg is operated by Maria Artamonova PR, Novi Sad, Serbia (“bblogg”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. What bblogg is

bblogg is a matching platform connecting brands and content creators in Serbia for barter collaborations — a brand offers a product or service, a creator makes content in exchange. bblogg is a matching tool only. We are not a party to any collaboration agreed between a brand and a creator, and we don’t process any payments or exchange of goods.

3. Current stage — what's included and what isn't

• bblogg currently supports barter offers only. No cash payments are processed through the platform.
• Deals, deliveries, deadlines, and disputes around a specific collaboration are handled directly between the brand and the creator, outside the platform.
• We may introduce paid offers and other features in the future — if we do, these terms will be updated accordingly.

4. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Creators are asked to verify their social media account via a temporary code placed in their bio. We check this manually.
• We may suspend or ban an account that provides false information, is used for spam or abuse, or otherwise violates these terms.

5. Offers and applications

• Brands are responsible for the accuracy of what they offer and what they’re asking for.
• Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their pitch and their ability to deliver what they apply for.
• Accepting an application does not create any obligation on bblogg’s part — it’s an agreement between the brand and the creator.
• bblogg reviews offers before they go live (moderation) but doesn’t guarantee the outcome, quality, or completion of any collaboration.

6. No guarantee of matches

We don’t guarantee that any offer will receive applications, or that any application will be accepted. Use of the platform doesn’t guarantee any particular outcome.

7. Disputes between users

If a brand or a creator doesn’t follow through on an agreed collaboration, bblogg isn’t responsible for resolving it, though you’re welcome to contact us at maria.artmn@gmail.com and we’ll try to help where we can. As bblogg grows, we plan to introduce a clearer process for this.

8. Limitation of liability

bblogg is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for losses arising from collaborations arranged through the platform, including undelivered products, undelivered content, or disputes between users.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
